Small System Operators, owners and administrators will review important applied math concepts and engage in problem solving activities to reinforce understanding. 
Attendees as a group will select topics to be presented at the training. 
 
Colorado Rural Water Association has developed and is effectively using this curriculum in multiple trainings.         
 
Applied Operator Mathematics is the focus for this RFA. The curriculum design presents valuable technical information water systems need. CRWA’s includes
the effective involvement of attendees to create their own action plans and solutions using directed group activities. This group setting allows participants to document
actions protecting their system.

The low cost of these training reflects the committement by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to provide excellent training opportunities to
Public Water System Professionals like you.

The TUs will be Water 0.65, Wastewater: 0.65,Industrial 0.65, Collection 0.65: Distribution 0.65, Supplemental 0.00

Note that attendees should expect to be active partners in these training session.

Pre-testing will be conducted following registration, and a post-test and instructor evaluation will be conducted prior to awarding TU certificates at the end of the day.

There are three purposes to these evaluations:

1. To add value to the class expectations by measuring the effectiveness of the class for each attendee
2. To refine course content of training material and delivery
3. To report to CDPHE following completion of the training to validate the expenditure of public funding

CDPHE and CRWA are providing snacks and lunch during the class to facilitate networking among participants.

•Cancellation requests up to one week (calendar days) prior to seminar will be assessed a $10.00 Administration Fee.
•No refunds allowed less than seven (calendar days) prior to class date.
