CRWA By-Laws 

            *Annual Invoices for membership will mailed out the middle of December for the following year.

 

            *Membership fees are due by January 31st each year.

 

            *Membership fees not paid by February 29th will be canceled.  To reactivate membership a full year     of dues plus the $50 administrative fee will apply.

 

            *For New Membership Applications only, dues will be prorated the first year  plus the one time administrative fee of $50.

 

            *All subsequent dues are for the calendar year, January 1 - December 31st. 

 

 

 

 

Associate Membership for 2017

 

All Engineering Firms, Environmental Laboratories, Software Companies and any business affiliated with the Water and/or Wastewater industry are invited to become members of CRWA. 

 

*Dues are prorated for New Members the first year only based upon the month you join CRWA.  

 

Annual dues for Associate Members are $200 per year.

CRWA Quarterly Magazine and Annual Directory Mailed to you, discount on booth purchase at our conference, free posting of help wanted or equipment for sale and giveaway ads on our website, discounted advertising in our magazine, and on our website as a sponsor  (includes company information and description of products and/or services) attendee list emailed to you if you are an Exhibitor at the annual conference and CRWA membership lists sent upon request.


  For new members only, the fees are pro-rated.

  System Membership for 2017

 

All Cities, Towns, Communities, Water & Wastewater Systems,  Transient Non-Communities & Non- Profits are invited to become members of CRWA.

 

System dues are determined by the population which can be searched or verified using the SDWISS EnviroFacts, US EPA database which is updated on a regular basis.

 

*If population is not identified, dues will be determined at a rate of 2.5 population per system times the number of connections serviced. 

 

*Dues are prorated for New Members the first year only based upon the month you join the CRWA.  

 

*System Members serving over 15,000 in population do not have voting privileges

 

 

 

Benefits include:

 

 

CRWA Quarterly Magazine and Annual Directory mailed to the system and training brochures mailed and emailed to those who request it.

 

Discount on CRWA Training, conference registration and Sacramento Manuals for individuals included in the system membership.  The number of individuals included in the system membership is determined by population size.  

 

Only SIM (System Identified Member) employees of CRWA Member Systems are eligible for discount pricing.  Be sure to indicate who they are when you register for membership so they can receive the full benefit of membership discounts.

 

Systems can add individuals for $40/per individual. They will be entitled to full member discounts.

 

Access to CRWA’s Library with up-to-date industry materials such as books, manuals, study guides, soil surveys, CD’s, DVD’s and videos including individuals that are added.  Free posting of help wanted or equipment for sale or giveaway ads on our website for your system. 

Onsite Technical Assistance

 

System Members will have access to NRWA's Programs and Services Portfolio: Data Breach Response (cyber security insurance); Rural Water Impact (custom designed, cost effective rural system websites and ServLine (nondeductible insurance which covers water lost and repair or replace customer’s water and sewer line; iamGIS (Getting Great Rates) and more are available for CRWA System Members. 

There is a one-time Administrative Fee of $50.
